Your privacy and children’s privacy are important to us. This privacy policy explains our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by CBHI.

 

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes information regarding your IP address and domain but does not recognize any information regarding your e-mail address. We collect information volunteered by the consumer through services such as survey information and/or site registrations. This information includes, but is not limited, to name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card information, and information about your interests in products, program. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page.

Some games on the U.S. Kids Web site require cookies to function properly.  These cookies allow the Web site to remember information such as a user’s progress through a game. If a child participates in a contest, we will use any personal information to notify you if you have won. We may use your personal information to contact you when we make changes to subscriber agreements, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter, or to contact you about your account with us. We will disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law. We may also disclose personal information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request.

 

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
